The TA-iQ Stand Up Power Chair is the first vertical chair in the TA-iQ range. It offers all the power seat functions of the TA-iQ chair as well as an innovative way for the user to stand. There are two options for driving to choose from; Sit to Stand or Lay to Stand. The drive mode is also made easier at a standing angle.
The TA-iQ Stand Up chair is front wheel drive with large wheels at the front for better climbing of obstacles and tighter turning. The front chassis clearance allows for easier transfer. The positioning of these drive wheels at the front allow the chair to be moved in closer to tables, sinks and cupboards. Additional support wheels provide stability whilst standing and enhanced negotiation of obstacles whilst driving in the standing position. The short wheel base of 82 cm makes it easier for use in confined spaces.
As with all TA-iQ chairs the lowest floor to seat plate height is 38 cm / 15 ” with a standard seat. Elevation is 30 cm / 12″ allowing better access under tables, desks and when driving vehicles. Highest standard elevate is 38 cm to 68 cm to allow for improved access to lower cupboards and higher benches.
All TA-iQ Powerchairs come with Tilt, Elevate and Recline as standard.
