Description
The Deutscher Walmsley WM Series is a commercial quality Hi Lo electric bed. It is ideal for home care environments as well as hospitals and aged care. The back rest, knee bend and raiser/lower functions are all electrically operated using a self coiling lead which is easily cleaned. The head and foot board are easily removable without the use of tools.
The frame is powder coated and made from steel and tested to safely support a rated load of 250kg. The Walmsley has been tested for over 2000 cycles with a rated load to ensure it meets the TGA (Therapeutic Goods Act) requirements.The bed operation has been designed to be quiet with the use of long lasting bronze bearings for all critical moving joints.
The electrical system is located under the mattress base to ensure safety, protection and to maintain a neat appearance when used in the home. The actuators are provided by a German electrical engineering company with a factory based in Australia.
The Deutscher company is Australian owned and operated and the products are manufactured in Victoria. All beds have been designed to comply with Australian Standards.
