The Better Living Seating Wedge is designed for those who sit for long periods of time. This Seating Wedge helps maintain the spine’s natural curvature in order to help in alleviating pressure on the nerves in the mid back area. The angle of the Seating Wedge is 9 degrees: the most anatomically desired for reducing lumbar disc pressure, and their potential back problems. This multi-purpose seat cushion is generally used with the lower end at the front, however, for use in cars, it can be turned to prevent a downward slide and low back strain.

It gives me the correct posture for playing violoncello, when used on standard chairs ... it's easier to carry to concert venues. I had straps added with Velcro fastenings. If your product had been similarly equipped I would have given you five stars instead of four. Thanks Pat

Pleased the cushion is higher than the one I have which is why I bought it. Quite comfortable but the fabric is a bit slippery, could be better quality.
